Main Menu Screen
Allows the user to navigate throughout the system. The user
can list all consults or search for a specific consult by
id or requester name.

Add New Request For Consult
Begins the process for adding new consultation information
to the system.

Consult List
Lists all the consults. The user can filter
the list using radio buttons at the top of the screen. Clicking
a column heading will order the list by the column.

Filters, Sorts & Reports
Allows the user to filter and sort information
using a variety of categories. It also produces reports of
number and percentage of consultations for various criteria.
