These are a small sample of the screens AQUAS Inc. designed and programmed for the National Center for Ethics consultation tracking system. Click on a screen to see an enlargement.

Restricts access to ETC users. Also identifies user role and limits access according to preset Privileges.

Main Menu Screen

Allows the user to navigate throughout the system. The user can list all consults or search for a specific consult by id or requester name.

Begins the process for adding new consultation information to the system.

Administrative Work Week Entry Screen

Consult List

Lists all the consults. The user can filter the list using radio buttons at the top of the screen. Clicking a column heading will order the list by the column.

Log Expenses Screen

Filters, Sorts & Reports

Allows the user to filter and sort information using a variety of categories. It also produces reports of number and percentage of consultations for various criteria.
