USDA/Agricultural Marketing Service

Conducted a business process re-engineering effort for streamlining processes, paperwork reduction, and increasing value of information collected. Designed a billing system with interfaces to the National Financial Center federal financial system, payroll and general ledger. Designed and constructed a prototype for web-based data collection of inspection and grading data, to include time and attendance data collection from the field, in a geographically disbursed area.



Veterans Affairs (VA), National Center for Ethics

Developed a knowledge management system to collect, track and research bio-ethics consults and referrals. Constructed a proof of concept web-enabled prototype that permits sharing and linking research documents and opinions to consults, as well as tracking consult management activities from receipt of request to disposition, and the follow on QM process.

National Institute of Standards and Technology

Developed and managed a web-enabled Oracle/ColdFusion system for grant proposal submission and evaluation. Constructed data model, migrated from legacy Paradox system, conducted data migration, testing, and training.
